How long until my items ship out?
Since Hidden Pixie is an independent owned shop, your items will approximately ship out within 3-7 days business days ! Thank you for your patience ! ♡

For international orders it may take a few days longer!

If an item is sold out how before we can expect a restock?
You can expect a restock within a 1-3 weeks for both keychains and stickers! We will post on our socials once our restock arrives!


Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately no, unless the item arrived defective or the item was lost in transit through the carrier. But please contact me if any of these issues are present and I am more than happy to work something out!♡
